Christmas morning at our house. The boys begged for a big kitchen to play with and Santa granted their wish! They also got some new Care Bear DVD's, some trucks, microphones, all sorts of goodies and they played the day away. Granny made country ham, sausage and biscuits after we got home from church. Aunt Terra came to visit and celebrate Christmas with us and then Grandma and Skip came over later in the afternoon.
their new favorite gift was the personal cd players that Granny got them- complete with Taylor Swift cd's of their very own. When Josh discovered that Taylor Swift was singing he started waving his arms around and said "this is awesome, this is soooo awesome!!!" We've never heard him say awesome before so it was really funny.
they were really into opening gifts this year and it was hard to slow them down so they didn't open everyone's presents. They had a lot of fun when we would drive around and let them see Christmas lights and Jake always got excited when he saw a nativity set and would make us stop in the road so he could see the Baby Jesus. This has been our best Christmas yet!
